Nová Waltrovka follows up on the success of the existing Waltrovka mixed-use district located at the site of the former Walter factory. It expands the new urban district established in Jinonice – halfway between Metro B stations Radlická and Jinonice, directly below the Malvazinky hillside, emerges more than 500 premium flats, two modern office buildings, a design hotel, a new central square and green boulevard with relaxation zones and play elements.
The unique location appeals not only with its local amenities, large areas of greenery, and easy accessibility, but also with its modern city atmosphere, which offers lively rush during the day and transforms into a calm urban oasis in the evening. During the first stage of New Waltovka, a residential building H1H2 was created with 78 apartments with thought-out functional layouts ranging from 1+kk up to 5+kk. The subsequent second phase of the residential development offers 260 premium apartments, found within 10 buildings F1-F10. Prospective buyers can choose from a variety of housing types, from smaller apartments overlooking a lively square to unique five-room apartments (5+kk) in quieter buildings situated directly beneath the slopes of Malvazinky.
