The Nová Waltrovka project confirms its attractiveness – all apartments in the first residential phase H1 and H2 are now completely sold out. The two apartment buildings, located in the highest part of the Radlické Valley, offer exceptional views of the Vltava River, spacious terraces and quality architecture. Nová Waltrovka is being built on the site of a former brownfield and is designed as an easily walkable modern neighbourhood.
