Penta has officially moved into the brand new offices
Masaryčka, which can without exaggeration be described as the most modern and ground-breaking office building in the Czech Republic has become the new "home" for the Czech office of Penta Real Estate as well as Penta Investments. After almost ten years, both companies moved from the first large-scale office building that Penta delivered to the market - Florentinum. Fully occupying the two highest floors of the main building of Masaryčka, the one with the golden tower, breath-taking spaces have been created involving the latest technology with focus on high-quality design.

Nemocnica Bory is gradually opening its departments
Bory Hospital was officially opened in March of this year, and since April, it has been opening its first specialized ambulatory care offices, the radiology department, and the radiation oncology workplace, making them available to patients.

Greenery within Masaryčka
Vegetation on the roofs of our Masaryčka project serves as a natural air conditioner, which is why we integrated trees, bushes, grasses and other plants not only in the square in front of the building, but also on both roofs of the office buildings. Green roofs can cool the entire building during the summer and therefore reduce the heat island effect by tens of degrees Celsius.

The entrance to the Masaryčka underground parking is decorated with an unusual work of art
The large-scale mural art entitled ,,WAVES OF MIND“ has been created on an area of 200 sqm and is a unique intersection of artificial intelligence motives combined with the work of the DRAWetc team of visual creators, blended for the first time in the Czech Republic.
