



We know the five finalists of the 4th Quadrant project for the completion of Vítězné náměstí
Yesterday afternoon, a press conference was held, revealing the 5 winning proposals for the completion of Prague's Kulaťák. Even though the urban concept, which laid the foundation for Dejvice, was designed by Antonín Engel a hundred years ago, a section of Vítězné náměstí, known as the 4th Quadrant, remains undeveloped to this day.

Another significant project is being developed in Bratislava's downtown
This week we managed to close the acquisition of land from the HB Reavis company in Bratislava's Old Town, between Mlynské nivy, Chalupkova, and Košická streets. New spaces for living, work, and civic amenities will be built on the area of nearly three hectares.

Future will be pleasant within Nová Waltrovka!
In Prague's Jinonice, a connected new sub-district is gradually emerging, known under the name of Nová Waltrovka. The main connecting point between the existing Waltrovka and the newly emerging area will be a 500-meter-long square.

The Victoria Palace residence in Prague 6 has celebrated a festive topping out ceremony
Last week, a topping-out symbol was ceremoniously erected on the construction site of the Victoria Palace residential building in Prague's Dejvice. Representatives of the city district of Prague 6, the authors of the project - architectural studio Jakub Cigler Architekti and, last but not least, the owner of Penta Real Estate Marek Dospiva and the owner of Kaprain Real Estate Karel Pražák together with other representatives of the development companies arrived to toast the achievement of getting to the highest point of the construction.

We have selected the winning design of the project in Bratislava - Nové Mesto
The Slovenian studio Bevk Perović arhitekti became the winner of the architectural-urban design competition for the area in the Bratislava - Nové Mesto district. The land with an area of almost 4.5 hectares, bordered by Vajnorská and Odborárska streets, which is intended for residential construction and amenities, was purchased in August last year.
