About us

Penta Real Estate was formed by separating the real estate division from the company Penta Investments, whose origins date back to 1994. Penta Group entered the real estate sector in 2005 and has since become the leader in the real estate market in the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Poland.

Our goal is to create buildings that contribute to the urban development of a given location. We therefore work together with top architects and engineers and other respected professionals in the field. Our experience combined with their creativity and focus guarantees the highest quality and investment value of our real estate portfolio.

The Motel ONE in Hybernská Street

As an important milestone of the Motel One Hybernská construction, we have already reached the highest point of the building superstructure, the so-called ,,topping out, or Glajcha in Czech language“, and the entire first phase of the construction is slowly approaching the finish line. We are also installing the cladding throughout the building's perimeter and have already started the realization of the facade. Moreover, we are currently installing windows on the 4th above-ground floor and have erected the scaffolding on the facade adjacent to Hybernská street, where we are starting to implement our own facade cladding compositions.

Discussion debate with regards to the Freight Station Žižkov

Last week, a debate within the series ,,Openly about Prague“ took place, which this time focused on one of Prague's largest brownfields - the Žižkov Freight Station. The focus of the debate was on plans for the transformation of this area, which will gradually become a new, live city district. The program, which was intended primarily for the Prague public, consisted of three blocks: the first introductory part was devoted to familiarization with the entire issue; this was followed by a moderated debate by 4 panelists, and the whole evening ended with questions from the public.
