Jozef Oravkin is the Managing Partner of Investments. In addition to other activities, he is engaged in the development of existing projects in Slovakia and in the growth of Penta Real Estate in the Polish market.
Within Penta Investments, Marek Dospiva oversees the development of real estate projects in the Czech Republic.
Tomáš LaštovkaGroup CEO
Since September 2018, Tomáš has been running all of the company's development activities in Slovakia, the Czech Republic and Poland. At the same time, he is responsible for potential expansion to new markets. He joined Penta after serving as the Executive Director of PPF Real Estate, where he was in charge of all the development projects of the group in the Russian Federation. Tomáš graduated in Economics and Management at the Czech Technical University (CTU, České vysoké učení technické or ČVUT in Czech) in Prague, later he studied real estate and spatial planning at universities in Great Britain and the United States of America.
Petr PaličkaCountry Managing Director for Czech Republic
Petr has been working at Penta since 2007 and he has gradually built a strong real estate team in the Czech Republic. Under his leadership, Penta projects continue to significantly contribute to the modernization of the capital. This is exemplified by projects in the city centre such as the revitalization of the surroundings of the Masaryk Station (Masarykovo nádraží) and the Main Station (Hlavní nádraží), and in the wider centre by the new Waltrovka district and the Nusle Brewery (Nuselský pivovar). He joined Penta after working as the Director of Bovis Lend Lease for the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
Juraj NevolníkCountry Managing Director for Slovakia
Juraj started working for Penta in 2010 while still a student; currently he is the head of Penta Real Estate in Slovakia. During his engagement in the real estate division, he cooperated on several successful projects – he was responsible, for example, for the development of the residential part of the Bory project and for the Rosum office project. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Architecture at the Slovak Technical University (Slovenská technická univerzita).
Damian GrzywaczCountry Managing Director for Poland
Damian is managing Real Estate division in Poland holding the position of Country Managing Director. He has been with Penta since begining of 2013. Apart from two existing projects currently in the development/operation stage he is also responsible for further business development growth of Penta Real Estate portfolio in Poland.
Pavel StreblovBusiness Director Commercial RE
Pavel was leading the construction of Aviatica in the Waltrovka project in Prague 5, which won, among other awards, the CEEQA Award for the Best Development Project in Central and Eastern Europe. He is now responsible for all office building projects in the Czech Republic, including the revitalization of the Masaryk Station (Masarykovo nádraží). He joined Penta as an experienced real estate manager in 2012. In the past, he was a partner in the 3C real estate private equity fund and an advisor of financial institutions and the Ministry of Finance and he also worked for the bond division of JP Morgan in London.
David MusilBusiness Director Residential RE
David, who has been working at Penta since 2008, was responsible for the first development project of Penta Real Estate in the Czech Republic – Florentinum, which has won several prestigious awards, including the 2014 CEEQA Award for the Best Office Project in Central and Eastern Europe. Currently, all of Penta Real Estate's residential development in the Czech Republic is under his responsibility. Previos to working at Penta, David worked for Knight Frank in Prague, as well as PJ Hegarty & Sons and Laing O'Rourke in Dublin, Ireland.
Rudolf VacekDevelopment Director
In 2010 Rudolf started at Penta Real Estate as a consultant. He is currently responsible for the overall preparation and execution of Penta Real Estate's commercial and residential projects in the Czech Republic. He is among the narrow group of experts whose signature is under the exceptional Florentinum, the new Waltrovka district in Prague 5, the revitalization project of the land near the Masaryk Station (Masarykovo nádraží) and other projects. Prior to joining Penta, he worked for Bovis Lend Lease on a number of significant buildings in the Czech Republic and London.
Rastislav ValovičDevelopment Director
Rastislav joined Penta Real Estate in 2008 and since then he has been responsible for the complete project preparation and implementation of commercial and residential projects in Slovakia. He made a significant contribution to the successful execution of the Digital Park and Bory Mall projects, as well as to the Sky Park residential project by Zaha Hadid. In the past, he worked for the international consultancy VVMZ.
Michal RehákBusiness Director
Michal joined Penta after his university graduation in 2011. He started working as a member of Penta Real Estate division where he specialized primarily on commercial real estate projects in Bory district. Since 2018, he has broadened his horizons when he entered the field of residential real estate. Ever since then he continues to expand the residential development of Bory district. He worked on transformation of the third stage of the Pri Mýte Residence project and he is also responsible for the origin of the Medze project in Dúbravka, Bratislava.
