We are preparing the expansion of the Bory Mall shopping centre. A new square will be built in Bory.
This week we submitted the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) documents for the Bory Mall expansion project. The submitted documentation also includes a project to build a new plaza to replace the existing outdoor parking lot between the Bory Hospital and the Bory Mall.

We are introducing you the winning proposal for the Chalupkova project
The international architectural and urban design competition, announced at the end of last year for the project with the working title Chalupkova, was won by a renowned Italian architectural studio Stefano Boeri Architetti. The site of the project is located in the Mlynské Nivy zone and is bordered by Košická and Chalupkova streets. The project also includes an office building on Mlynské Nivy Street, which was not part of the competition, but was considered in the proposed urban concept. The office building is based on the former project approved by the previous owner, while we have reworked the project with the Czech architecural studio, Jakub Cigler Architects.

The construction plan for the Southbank project , which will be built on the south bank of the Danube, in the area between Bratislava's Old Bridge, Apollo Bridge and the Port Bridge, has entered the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) process. The project already includes expert environmental measures to minimise the negative environmental impacts of construction in the area

Yesterday's traditional gala evening culminated in the announcement of the winners of this year's round of the CEEQA competition. The CEEQA (Central & Eastern European Real Estate Quality Awards) is a prestigious and internationally recognized event. The prize is awarded annually to significant buildings, companies and professionals across 18 countries from Central and Eastern Europe that have stood out for their achievements in the field of commercial real estate, investment and development in European markets. Prize winners are selected by a jury, whose members are the highest-ranking experts in the field of Real Estate including bankers, investors and consultants. The voting process is overseen by an international consulting company.

Current pupils of Křesomyslova and Táborská elementary schools took part in an art competition for the design of a new children's playground which will be created within Nuselský pivovar. For every project, we rely on open cooperation with our neighbors, and it was no different in the case of our ongoing construction in Nusle.

On 2nd of April 2024, after more than two years of intensive construction, the management and project team of Penta Real Estate had the pleasure to sign the Handover protocol with our key tenant: Motel One Group, delivering the new Cloud One Hybernská hotel to its portfolio. The new-built property introduces the first Cloud One branded hotel in Central Europe and apart from 382 rooms offers stunning views of downtown Prague from its new rooftop restaurant and bar – which will also be open to the public.

Introducing the details of the Southbank project. Environmental protection will be a priority.
We will submit the necessary documentation for the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) for the Southbank project in the upcoming weeks. The project will rise on the southern bank of the Danube, in the area between Bratislava's Old Bridge, Apollo Bridge, and Prístavný Bridge. The construction of the first stage of the project is planned to begin at the end of 2026. The project already incorporates professional environmental measures aimed at minimizing the negative impacts of construction on the environment of the area.

This morning, we finally had the opportunity to ceremonially cut the ribbon of the brand-new entrance into subway B at Masaryk Station/Náměstí republiky. Thanks to the initiative and funding from Penta Real Estate, the cooperation of the capital city of Prague and the Prague Public Transit Company, the reconstruction of two metro entrances in a minimalist, modern and clean design has been successfully completed.

With the traditional tapping of the foundation stone and its blessing, the construction of two houses within the Waltrovka / Pod Vidoulí locality in Prague 5 got underway. Penta Real Estate will build 54 apartments for the XPlace platform, which belongs to the Archdiocese of Prague. Penta is therefore embarking on the first collaboration focused on long-term rental housing.
