Office buildings at Waltrovka have a new owner from South Korea!
In the seven years since we acquired Waltrovka, we have managed to change this abandoned brownfield into a lively city district, and today we pass on the office part of this project. We would like to share this crucial milestone with all of you.

ROSUM is fully occupied!
The ROSUM office building, which was opened at the beginning of 2017 with the coming of the first office tenant, News and Media Holding, is fully occupied already and by the end of 2019, all 25 companies will have worked there.
The construction of project SmíchOFF is successfully growing
SmíchOFF is growing like a weed. The construction of the SmíchOFF office building is going on exactly according to the plan and a load-bearing structure is gradually growing on it. In mid-January 2019, we are planning to start installing technical equipment. More at www.smichoff.com
CIJ Awards 2018
We have just won the CIJ Awards in the Best Office Lease category! We would like to thank the entire Penta Real Estate team and, above all, our tenant Deloitte Czech Republic, which will move into the new space of 15,200 sqm as early as in the second quarter of 2019.
A series of five discussion evenings dedicated to the revitalization of the Masarykovo nádraží area has just been held. Pavel Streblov, Penta Real Estate CZ Commercial Business Director, discussed with the other panel participants the importance of public space, which is an important part of the concept designed by Zaha Hadid Architects.
Participation of the Masaryk Station
The surroundings of the Masaryk Station (Masarykovo nádraží or “Masaryčka” in colloquial Czech) will undergo a major change in the years to come. An administrative district with shops and restaurants, a walk-in park, a renovated railway station: the revitalization project, designed by world-famous architect Zaha Hadid for Penta and especially for the citizens of Prague, will bring about all these elements.
Penta Real Estate Started the Reconstruction of Jurkovič Heating Plant
Today, during the inspection day of the Mayor of Bratislava, Ivo Nesrovnal, the reconstruction of the Jurkovič Heating Plant, a national cultural monument, began. Its complex reconstruction will require an investment of more than EUR 11.5 million and its completion is expected in the course of 2020.
Ceremonial topping out at Churchill
In summer 2018, the marking of the highest point of the building (“glajcha” in Czech) was officially erected above the skeleton of the first Churchill project at the Main Station (Hlavní nádraží) in Prague. The compound is being built by Penta in cooperation with SUDOP; Penta is constructing two administrative buildings, SUDOP a residential one. The complex is situated in one of Prague's most spectacular places, with unique views of the city skyline, Petřín and the Prague Castle.
Bory Bývanie – we are starting Phase 2
In the new urban district called Bory, Phase 2 of the Bory Bývanie (in English: “Bory Living”) project is being prepared.
Sky Park – the residential part will be extended by another tower
The successful Sky Park project, which will bring world-class architecture to the centre of Bratislava, will be extended.
