The square in front of Masarycka
As part of the entire Masaryčka project, the square at the intersection of Na Florenci, V Celnici and Havlíčkova streets is slowly being transformed into its new form. Based on the design prepared by architects from studio Perspektiv, the former parking lot will now become a new gateway to the city center. The space will be accessible and easy to enter from all directions and at the same time will offer a pleasant place for a short stop. Trees, relaxation areas and a fountain will appear here, accompanied by a brand new city furniture as well as two reconstructed entrances into the subway. The square is expected to be completed in the spring of 2023.
NEW WALTROVKA – up-date from the construction site
The continued construction of the subsequent phase of the Waltrovka district is gaining clear outlines. The individual office buildings (Legatica and Metalica), are currently in a stage, where creation of the monolithic structure of the above-ground parts of the buildings is underway. Within the Metalica building, further work on the installation of a ventilated facade system (installation of window coverings) has also begun. A mock-up of the facade was also successfully completed, on which all details and connections were specified down to the last detail. Inside the future modern office buildings, work has also begun on the installation of back-bone primary distribution systems.

The winners of the competition visited Masaryčka

The tour was led by Miloš Kocián, our Senior Leasing Manager, who effortlessly walked the visitors through a significant amount of interesting information and facts regarding the flagship project.
An international architectural competition will decide the future of the un-finished part of the Victory Square in Prague 6
After successful approval by the Capital City of Prague and the Municipal District of Prague 6, we are delighted to officially announce an international architectural and urban planning competition for the completion of the so-called ,,4th quadrant“ of Vítězné náměstí in Prague's popular district of Dejvice. After approximately 100 years since the original design of the urban structure of Dejvice and Kulaťák itself, this third largest square in Prague will finally be completed. We will undertake this entire project together with our partners from Sekyra Group and Kaprain. Part of the land is also owned by the University of Chemistry and Technology (V.Š.CH.T.), which has plans to construct its own microbrewery within the site.
