We have launched the sale of apartments in our new residential project Žižkov 3.0, which will bring modern living to the northern part of this extensive Prague brownfield, designed by the architectural studios Benthem Crouwel Architects and ra15. The project will offer a total of 554 apartments complemented by a green courtyard, a water feature, and spaces for relaxation and sports.
Žižkov is about to undergo a major transformation — this emerging district will combine high‑quality architecture, excellent public spaces, and a unique address in the wider city centre. The first phase of construction includes 280 apartments, with work planned to begin between 2026 and 2028.
