MOCCA REZIDENCE is a new design project in our portfolio, which will offer a total of 290 high-standard premium apartments with layouts ranging from 1+kk to 5+kk. The architecture of the residence, designed by ADNS architects, follows the history of the place where Julius Meinl coffee has been roasted since 1922.
The building, inspired by the original architecture of the former industrial object, will be rebuilt partially on Sokolovská street, to preserve the original appearance and character of the place. This will create a typical residential extension with a beautiful peaceful courtyard full of greenery.
