We have launched the sale of apartments in our new project Mocca Residence in Prague 9 right next to the metro station B Českomoravská. The project will offer a total of 290 apartments with layouts from 1+kk to 5+kk in a quiet neighbourhood block with a beautiful courtyard full of greenery. Construction started in September 2024 and is scheduled for completion in spring 2027.
On sale now are apartments on the 1st to 4th floors from the smallest 1+kk to spacious family apartments 4+kk. All apartments will be equipped to a high premium standard.
New shops and services will be built on the ground floors of the building and there will also be a new headquarters for the new headquarters of the Czech editorial office of the Forbes economic magazine.
The brand new project is being built on the border of Vysočany and Libeň – a place that combines the history and smell of the former coffee roasting plant that stood here for many years with the possibility of beautiful walks in the surrounding area, for example to the nearby Rokytka River or Podviní Park. There are many sports grounds, playgrounds, all civic amenities such as schools, kindergartens, restaurants, a hospital with a polyclinic. The transport links to Vysočany are excellent, both towards the centre and out of the metropolis.
The author of the Mocca project is the architectural studio ADNS, which has managed to combine a new building with a replica of the facade of the original building.
