Our Mocca Rezidence project won the jury award for Prague 9 in the national real estate development competition Real Estate Project of the Year 2024!
The award ceremony of the sixteenth year of the competition took place on 23 January 2025 in the presence of more than a hundred guests from among developers, investors, architects and partners of the competition.
A total of 91 residential development projects from all over the Czech Republic were nominated for the 2024 edition.
Mocca Rezidence, with its unique combination of industrial history and modern living, is a testament to the pursuit of quality and innovation.
This project not only brings a high standard of living, but also contributes significantly to the transformation of the area around the O2 arena and the Českomoravská metro station into a new vibrant centre of Prague’s Vysočany district.
