A new micro-apartment project is being developed in Smíchov, in the center of western Prague, which will offer 240 small luxury apartments. The new micro-apartments will be built on land in the Na Knížecí area, where an office building was originally planned. However, the project has been changed to a residential one and will be Penta Real Estate’s first attempt at developing micro‑apartments, carried out in cooperation with Sekyra Group. Designed by the architectural studio Aulík Fišer Architekti, this project offers modern and comfortable living inspired by cities such as London, San Francisco, Cape Town, and Berlin.
The micro-apartments will be ideal for young professionals who appreciate having all services close at hand and proximity to the metro. There will also be community spaces for meeting peers and neighbors, such as a community café and other services such as a gym, exercise room, and coworking space. This new style of living brings an innovative solution to Prague 5, combining comfort, accessibility, and modern design.
