The largest project focused on rental housing was built on the Waltrovka site in Prague 5. This modern complex offers 54 apartments that will be available to all generations thanks to the new Xplace platform managed by the Archbishopric of Prague. It is a unique and the only institutionalized concept of rental housing for whole life in Prague.

The architectural design of this project was prepared by Bíza Architects and was completed in 2025.
