A new chapter in rental housing: the blessing ceremony and the formal tapping of the foundation stone. On 14 May 2025, two important events took place that symbolically underlined the ongoing development of quality rental housing in Prague.
In the Nová Waltrovka area we tapped the foundation stones of two new apartment buildings – F1 and F2. These buildings will offer a total of 62 modern apartments and will be designed for long-term rental under the management of the XPlace platform, which was established by the Archbishopric of Prague.
We also marked the successful completion of the first residential building, Pod Vidoulí. It was here that the blessing ceremony of 54 flats intended for long-term rental housing took place.
Both events confirm that the cooperation between Penta Real Estate and XPlace brings quality results and has a positive impact on the development of affordable and high quality housing in the capital.
