4. Quadrant

Prague 6 – Dejvice

Antonín Engel’s urban concept was created 100 years ago, according to which Prague-Dejvice was gradually built. The structure of the area is based on an axial, symmetrical composition with the central space of Vítězné náměstí, from which everything derives. However, the north-west quadrant of Vítězné náměstí is still unfinished. Based on a memorandum with the Prague 6 district and the Prague City Council, Penta Real Estate with other partners are completing this concept on Vítězné náměstí. This project, which is being built on the third largest square in Prague, is a great opportunity to create something extraordinary.

The project will combine multifunctional space for offices, apartments, a cultural centre, a university and shops. On the opposite side of the street is already our successful Victoria Palace project, which has become a model for luxury housing in the area.

The architectural design of the development was prepared by the well-known Dutch studio Benthem Crouwel. Within the residential complex, a semi-closed area consisting of premium quality apartments will be created, offering beautiful views, a quiet courtyard and excellent transport accessibility. Exits from the metro will lead directly to the cultural centre and a shopping arcade. This will create a connected square with multifunctional uses and amenities.

The project is in collaboration with Kaprain Real Estate and Sekyra Group.

The project is scheduled for completion in 2030.
