Lincoln Property Company altogether with the investment group ENERN became the new owner of 6,500 m2 of building land in Wola, a district of Warsaw. They bought the land, which already comes with a designed project, for almost 25 million EUR. The plan is to build an office building with 30,000 m2 of leasable space on the lot which has an excellent public transport access.

“In the medium term, we want to pay maximum attention to further development of our company, especially in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. We currently have 46 projects at different stages of development there and their total asset value is more than 1.1 billion EUR. We want to concentrate mostly on the residential segment in the upcoming years,” says Tomáš Laštovka, a holding director of Penta Real Estate.

“This development is located in the most attractive office location in the center of Warsaw. The project is characterized by a very efficient shape, a generous floor size exceeding 4,000 m2 as well as an excellent accessibility,” says Štefan Puci, an investment director of Lincoln Property Company.

Penta Real Estate is a part of the Penta Investments group which joined the real estate sector in 2005. Today, it is one of the most significant developers in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Penta Real Estate entered the Polish real estate market in 2013. In August 2017, they completed an administrative complex called D48 located in Mokotów, a district of Warsaw, investing 45 million EUR. The complex, which represents 26,000 m2 of leasable space, was sold to a Slovak company IAD Investments in 2020.

Lincoln Property Company was founded in 1965 in Dallas. With its 8,750 employees and more than 94 billion USD in real estate properties, it is one of the leading development companies in the United States of America. It entered the European real estate market in the early 1990s, currently owning more than 1.3 billion EUR in real estate in Great Britain, the Czech Republic, Slovakia and, more recently, Poland.

Founded in 2010, the ENERN Investment Group is a major investor in technology companies, newly under the KAYA brand. At the same time, ENERN is also investing in the sector of renewable resources and real estate. They are operating in Prague, Warsaw and London.
