Hotel Motel One

Work on the Motel One hotel in Hybernská street has progressed significantly! The realization of the facade has started in full swing, intense work continues in the interiors as well - floors, plasterboards, walls, suspended ceilings, painting and, of course, complete installation of technology. A model room for the tenant – Cloud One Hotel by Motel One Group - has also been completed.

The design of the hotel, which originates from the workshop of the architectural studio Schindler Seko Architects, will have 7 above-ground floors with the last floor stepped back with a terrace, similar to the roofs of the neighboring houses. One floor with garages and technical facilities is planned underground.

Cloud One Hotel will offer 382 rooms.
