This morning we had the grand opening of the new shopping arcade in the Churchill II project and at the same time we celebrated the completion of the second office building.
Over the course of three years, the brownfield, which had not been used for years, has been transformed into a high-quality environment for prominent companies, strengthened public amenities in the area and created a new public space.
The attendance of the general directors of the Lidl Česká republika v.o.s., Rossmann SDP and DonPeal retail chains confirmed the importance of this milestone. They were joined by the Deputy Mayor of Prague 2, Mrs. Alexandra Udženija, the architect of the project, Mr. Jakub Cigler and the co-owner of Penta, Mr. Marek Dospiva.
