The Foundation Stone of the BRIQUE Project in Veleslavín

Penta Real Estate and EPD Group officially marked the start of construction of the BRIQUE residential project in Prague’s Veleslavín district. By 2028, a new residential neighbourhood comprising 114 apartments and 27 townhouses will be developed on the site of a former heating plant.

Designed by Schindler Seko Architects, the project sensitively follows the character of the Veleslavín area while respecting the surrounding historical development. BRIQUE will transform an underused site into a modern residential neighbourhood in Prague 6.
