Penta Real Estate, together with business partners from Kaprain Group and Sekyra Group, purchased a plot from the University of Chemistry and Technology in Prague (VŠCHT) in the western part of Vítězné square in Prague 6.
For an amount of slightly above 1 billion crowns, we acquired over 20,000 m2, where we plan to build offices, shops, and apartments.
“This is definitely one of the most interesting spots in Prague, and we would like to organize an international competition with regards to this multifunctional development concept, with abundance of greenery and communal space. Prague itself is an attractive location for architects, and with the completion of the construction in Vítězné square we can expect first class results”, Penta’s commercial business director Pavel Streblov comments on behalf of the consortium of developers.
Once the construction in Vítězné square is finalised, the urban concept of the new solution for the north-west city designed by Antonín Engel in 1920s will be fulfilled.
