Based on the results from 2020, we have been recognized as the third largest real estate developer in Slovakia.
The Slovak Spectator has published compiled rankings of largest real estate developers, based on sales volume over the last year in four categories: residential, office retail & entertainment and industry & logistics, based on the sales volume over the last year. In first three categories, Penta Real Estate has been ranked third largest developer in Slovakia.
In total, we developed 67,730 square meters of residential units and more than 30,000 square meters of office space in 2020.
