We′re celebrating the topping out! Office building SmíchOFF has reached the top of its structure.
This landmark was preceded by an inspection day summarizing the actual state:
• A load-bearing monolithic structure has been completed.
• A facade, the back lines of internal installations, drywall and wall structures, as well as the roof, are being installed.
• A new transformer station is just being executed.
Almost 11,000 m2 of new offices is thus advancing to the finals. We are opening already in December 2019!
