We are currently installing facades and working on the interiors as well. The second phase will naturally follow up on the first one which has been already completed and has welcomed its residents this year.
Once the second phase is finished, the new Bory district will have grown by 321 apartments in 9 residential buildings in total. Upon its completion, the project will also gain additional 8000 m2 of greenery, recreation areas, enclosed playgrounds, and a multifunctional sports ground.
