Penta Real Estate together with its partners from SUDOP Group officially launched construction of the first phase of the Žižkov 3.0 project. Over the next two years, 280 apartments will be delivered as part of a new urban district being developed on one of the last large brownfield sites near Prague’s city centre.
More than half of the area will be dedicated to public spaces and greenery. The project will also include a publicly accessible park covering more than one hectare, healthcare facilities, retail services and a new cycling route towards Malešice. Over the coming years, the site will be transformed into a new urban district for thousands of residents.
