Smart Deal, a prestigious competition for talented students organized annually by Penta Real Estate, has announced its winners. This year’s edition once again tested the skills of young professionals in the real estate sector, from strategic planning to technical project solutions.
Business Development Challenge
The first part of the competition took place on November 5 and focused on business development in real estate. Finalists had to tackle a complex case study: acquiring a plot in the center of Prague, preparing a financial model, proposing construction phases, conducting market analysis, and assessing risks. Challenges included, for example, the reconstruction of a historic building or revitalization of public space.
Winner: Michal Duga.
Project Development Challenge
The second part of the competition was aimed at students of construction and architecture. Participants worked on real-life scenarios that can occur during project development. These model situations concerned either entire urban areas or specific technical solutions within individual buildings.
Winner: Anton Kuchťák.
Smart Deal offers students a unique opportunity to gain insight into the world of large-scale real estate projects, while giving Penta Real Estate the chance to discover new talent.
