In August of this year, we have started to hand over 264 apartments in the second residential tower SKY PARK by Zaha Hadid, which has a valid occupancy permit. For the handover process, we have built a new Sales point, which is located on the second floor of this tower.
In the premises, designed in an industrial style, we have prepared a brief overview of the project’s history and its locality for the future residents, as well as the photo gallery and mockups of the materials used for the construction of the project. Also, the youngest residents can find a play corner there.
We are currently waiting for the occupancy permits for the other two residential towers, which apartments will be handed over to their owners soon.
