The ROSUM office building, which was opened at the beginning of 2017 with the coming of the first office tenant, News and Media Holding, is fully occupied already and by the end of 2019, all 25 companies will have worked there.
This year, the 21,000-square-metre building, located in the city district of Ružinov in Bajkalská Street, will welcome new tenants, including major companies such as Nestlé, GGE or Allplan.
In addition to the new tenants, the company Covestro, which moved to ROSUM in July 2017, will also occupy the last available space, renting another floor this summer. Owing to this fact, up to 400 people can work in its new Bratislava headquarters.
The success of the project proves that in Bratislava, companies can also succeed in competing for attracting talents with the help of technologically advanced space with modern functional design, which we always conceive in a customized manner and in accordance with the corporate culture of the particular company.
A spacious terrace, which serves as a community area for various events, as well as a relaxation zone, complements a superior workplace.
