At this year’s CIJ Awards, in total we received 5 awards, of which 4 went to our project SKY PARK by Zaha Hadid, making it the most successful Penta Real Estate’s project and Penta Real Estate the most successful real estate developer in the competition.
The project won awards in the categories Best Office Development for SKY PARK Offices project, Best Standard Residential Development and Best Architectural Development for the residential part of the project – SKY PARK Residence. For the best overall results among all competitors, we have also received the Grand Prix for SKY PARK Residence project.
In the Best Investment Transaction category, our office project ROSUM has been awarded for its successful sale, as well.
