Nová Waltrovka will offer modern living in Prague 5 as soon as 2024

The first stage of the construction of modern apartment buildings has already started and its completion is planned for 4Q 2023. The initial phase includes 78 residential units with layouts ranging from 1+kk all the way to 5+kk.
