The first new generation tertiary hospital of Svet Zdravia, which is currently being built at Bory in Bratislava, will have 14 cutting edge operating theaters, new generation emergency department, eight intimate delivery rooms instead of booths, robotic medication preparation room, healthcare organized in multidiscipline programs, innovative processes and modern radiodiagnostic equipment, single patient room standard or healing environment.
The hospital will be ready to take responsibility for the most demanding patients from all over Slovakia. It will provide both planned and acute healthcare at the highest European level fully covered by public health insurance.
The ambition of the project is to attract the best doctors and nurses from Slovakia and abroad. Combined with state-of-the-art material and technical equipment, hotel services and patient-centered processes, the new hospital is to prove that even under current local conditions, a functional model of modern, patient-oriented healthcare can be created. It is to serve patients of all health insurance companies.
The construction of the hospital covered by Penta Real Estate started last year, and the launch of its full operation is scheduled for January 2022. The largest private investment in healthcare will reach € 240 million.
