On the other side of Masaryk Railway Station, adjacent to Hybernská street, construction of future Motel One property is in full swing since February of 2022. The asset, designed by Schindler Seko Architects is currently undergoing foundations work, with superstructure expected to be completed before the end of the following year.
The new building, which will fundamentally re-shape the micro-location of U Bulhara junction will have 7 over-ground floors, with the last floor stepping back similarly to surrounding buildings – a terrace will be available there for hotel guests and visitors. One underground floor offering sheltered parking and technical space is planned, the hotel will offer 382 rooms in total.
