The construction of the rough superstructure of the next MOTEL ONE Hotel in Prague 1 is coming to an end. Currently, work is being completed on the 6th overground floor and concrete is starting to be poured on the last 7th floor. The on-going work of other construction professions is also in full swing – specifically, the lining of walls, installation shafts and perimeter walls, as well as work on technological parts of the building, such as air conditioning, cooling and heating. The design of the hotel, which originates from the workshop of the well-known architectural studio Schindler Seko Architects, will have 7 floors above ground and the last floor will be stepped back with a terrace, similar to the roofs of the neighboring houses. Furthermore, a single floor with garages and technical facilities is planned underground.
Motel One will offer 382 attractive rooms for both business and leisure travellers, starting in Q1/2024.
