The residential project in a prestigious Prague location Ořechovka in Prague 6 with an unmistakable loci genius won in the “Best Residential Development” category.

The Churchill Square building got a first place in the “Best Office Development” category. It also won the main “Grand Prix” Award and thus became the absolute winner of the entire competition!
