Last April, we signed a lease agreement with law firm Dentons for SKY PARK Offices project where, upon completion of the project, Dentons will move in and occupy an entire building’s floor – 1,200 m2.
“Moving into new premises represents an important step for Dentons,” says Peter Kubina, Managing Partner at Dentons. “Our strategy is to be the number one law firm in Central and Eastern Europe and to achieve this objective, we would like to invest in expanding our capacities in Bratislava. We need office space that will not only allow us to grow, but that will also meet the high global standards that people expect from the world’s largest law firm. We believe the new premises will provide us with the quality and comfort required to do our work. The excellent location, among other things, was an important factor in the decision making,” he adds.
