By receiving an occupancy permit we have fulfilled another important milestone of SKY PARK by Zaha Hadid project.
Inside the building, we have preserved many original elements such as the original roof structure, a crane installed inside the plant and the original hopper heaters and brick tiles.
All these historical elements, together with building´s architecture create a unique space for BASE flexible offices, restaurant or café with contemporary art gallery.
In August, after all the fit-outs are completed, Jurkovič Heating plant will after many years open its gates again.
