Construction of the new ZLEEP hotel, which has emerged next to our Metalica and Legatica office buildings within Nová Waltrovka is in full swing! The superstructure of the hotel has been completed, all windows are in place and the entire building has been insulated. Intensive work is currently underway on the installation of the facade and internal distribution systems.
Therefore, we can already take you inside for a sneak-peak. We will show you a model hotel room, that we have prepared for our tenant approval. Now, we are tuning the last details of the visuals to reach the final form – and boom, we will be done! Or actually, allmost done, because we’ll have to repeat it all 165 more times.
The expected opening of the hotel is already scheduled for the end of this year.
