By the beginning of May, we have reached the highest point of the construction, known as the ‘Glajcha’ or topping-out ceremony, at the future site of The Cloud One Hotel. Since then, we have been actively engaging in negotiations with potential tenants for the retail spaces.
The hotel will offer 1,160 sqm of premium retail spaces and 4 retail units available for rent in one of the busiest locations in Prague 1 which also providing excellent accessibility.
The hotel atrium will be accessible to the public through both the street entrance and the elevated roofing, featuring spacious glass store windows.
