Greenery within Masaryčka

Vegetation on the roofs of our Masaryčka project serves as a natural air conditioner, which is why we integrated trees, bushes, grasses and other plants not only in the square in front of the building, but also on both roofs of the office buildings. Green roofs can cool the entire building during the summer and therefore reduce the heat island effect by tens of degrees Celsius.

Moreover, the new trees on the street will again provide much needed shade within the micro-location. The planned planting will continue from October in the adjacent Na Florenci street - with full-grown hornbeams!
