In Prague’s Jinonice, a connected new sub-district is gradually emerging, known under the name of Nová Waltrovka. The main connecting point between the existing Waltrovka and the newly emerging area will be a 500-meter-long square. The square is inspired by the green oasis that we will build right in the middle of the city and will serve not only residents, but also tenants and visitors of Jinonice itself.
This phase of the project will be completed in the next 3 months along the brand new Metalica and Legatica office buildings. It will bring several water features, outdoor fitness and space for relax as well as external work in tree-lined alleys, connected to the newly emerging district. Other civic amenities that you will certainly welcome include a number of shops that will line the square itself – such as Penny Market, Cafe, fitness, Bistro, Patisserie, Bakery and others.
