At this year’s CIJ awards for Czech Republic, we managed to win first place in the Best Office Upcoming Development category. This award was secured by the Masaryčka project! Masaryčka is the flagship of our development company and will become the new vibrant heart of downtown Prague. The unique architecture designed by world-renowned architects from Zaha Hadid’s studio will create a new landmark, regenerate the huge brownfield surrounding the Masaryk railway station and bring a new quality of everyday life to the city center.
