Bory Nový Dvor – Surrounded by greenery

Back

7. October 2021

The first phase of residential project Bory Nový Dvor is already finished and the residents and public have now access to a spacious green park with an area of more than 12 000 square meters.

With the retention lake, which is a ruling element of the park, we try to apply the low-impact development principles and contribute to positive microclimate. The microclimate is also affected by the amount of greenery – trees, shrubs or flower beds, which we planted in the park.

Together with the completion of the second phase, which is currently under construction, the park will be expanded and, in addition to greenery, a multifunctional playground and other chill-out zones will be added.

We are happy that we have successfully managed to build another project within Bory neighborhood, which offered its residents not only modern living but also quality public spaces with lots of greenery.
