At the end of January, we have received a building permit for the reconstruction of the historical part of the Nuselský pivovar project in Prague 4 – Nusle, which shall connect on the ongoing new-built construction in the northern part of the former brewery areal. The reconstruction of historic buildings, combined with new construction will create a unique combination, of not only residential, but also commercial spaces. The newly emerging shopping arcade, cutting through the historic building, will connect Křesomyslova street with the brewery square without the hustle and bustle of road traffic.
Leasing of commercial units has already started and the launch of sales of residential units within the historical phase is planned for Q2 2023.
