Yesterday, CEEQA awards were distributed during a wonderful gala-evening in Warsaw. This prestigious competition evaluates the best projects as well as companies and experts engaged in real estate development activities. Marek Dospiva received the award for personal contribution to real estate (“lifetime achievement award”), one of the highest recognitions that a professional in our field can receive. Therefore, he has joined the narrow circle of people, who have demonstrably influenced the modern face of the large metropolises of Central and Eastern Europe. Moreover, he is only the second Czech professional to achieve this award!
Marek Dospiva is widely known as a long-term real estate and architecture enthusiast and has always strived for Penta Real Estate to create properties of excellent parameters: “We always want the best. If you enter the project only as a financial investor without emotions, who intends to build exactly as much as the zoning plan allows, only mindless boxes will be created everywhere” he explains his philosophy.
