The New Waltrovka project reveals the beauty of another neglected part in Prague 5, and with respect to its history, brings this area back to life. This project follows on from the successful completion of the first and second phases of Waltrovka, and within its 1st stage it provides 24,000 m² of new modern office space and 4,300 m² of retail space for rent.
The administrative buildings named METALICA and LEGATICA offer their tenants not only a high standard, but also much more – a community garden on the roofs, spectacular terraces with panoramic views, and friendly facilities for athletes in the form of bike racks and showers. In the area of the new district you will also find Hotel Zleep with 166 rooms, a green boulevard with game and water features, a fitness center with more than 1,500 m2 of space, a sauna and a solarium, or perhaps the cafe and wine bar KOFÍNNO with an outdoor garden.
Nová Waltrovka connects two subway stops of metro B – Jinonice and Radlická, which are just a few stations from the city center (Anděl, Smíchov), therefore New Waltrovka is located almost in the center of Prague.
The METALICA building offers available spaces for rent, the LEGATICA building is already fully leased.
