The 26th annual Best of Realty awards took place in Prague on the 12 of November. The Best of Realty award is a prestigious competition that annually selects the most remarkable real estate projects in the Czech Republic.
The hotel category was dominated by our building, The Cloud One, located in Hybernska Street. This project stands out not only because of its modern design and comfort, but also because it offers spaces designed for the general public. The Cloud One is a seven-storey hotel with 382 modern rooms. The hotel was designed by Schindler Seko Architects and the interiors were created by Anja Kaubisch.
The Cloud One is a great example of how modern architecture can be combined with the needs of urban life. In addition to accommodation, it also offers design and comfort spaces that are accessible to the general public, thus contributing to the revitalisation of the centre of Prague. This hotel has become a popular place not only for tourists but also for locals who can enjoy its unique atmosphere and services.
“The jury judged nearly seventy projects, the vast majority of them of very high quality indeed. This year’s competition also showed how many highly valuable and exceptional projects the Czech real estate market can generate,” says Tomáš Drtina from Incomind, chairman of the expert jury and also vice-president of the Association for Real Estate Market Development (ARTN), which organises the competition.
