Penta Real Estate received the Best Employer award based on the results of an engagement survey conducted by Mercer.
This is an exceptional recognition – in the Czech Republic, 77 companies participated in the benchmark, and our company emerged as the winner. In Slovakia, 69 companies were evaluated, with only three receiving this award.
This achievement reflects the environment we have been building together over the long term – places where people feel good, have room to grow, and where teamwork drives projects and the company forward every single day.
