The story of Nová Terasa began in 2011, when we launched the construction of the first residential phase designed by Sadovsky Architects. A few years later, we started the construction of the second stage, which, in addition to hundreds of apartments, also brought 48 terraced houses to the locality.
This year, we have successfully handed over the apartments in the last phase – Nová Terasa 3 to its new owners. This phase is special not only thanks to its architecture, but also thanks to unique views of Košice historic center.
We are glad that we have developed a totally new modern residential quarter in Košice, which has not only brought new apartments onto the market, but especially parks with lots of greenery, playgrounds for kids and adults and many chillout zones which are not only available to residents of Nová Terasa, but also to all Košice residents and visitors.
