Changes in the Management of Penta Real Estate in Slovakia

A change is taking place in the management of the Slovak part of Penta Real Estate. Juraj Nevolník, the current Country Managing Director, is departing from the company in February after approximately 15 years due to personal reasons. He will be succeeded by Michal Rehák, who currently holds the position of Business Director.

I am saddened to see Juraj leave, as I regard him as a highly successful, inspiring, and dedicated colleague who has also contributed significantly to the internal narrative at Penta. He began his career with the company as a trainee and has since advanced to a top management role. I would like to extend my sincere thanks to Juraj for his exceptional collaboration, and I am pleased that he will continue his association with Penta, at least as an investor in our Penta Fund. Michal Rehák is an experienced professional who has been an integral part of the senior management team of our development operations in Slovakia for over six years, covering both the commercial and residential sectors. Juraj Nevolník has built a strong and motivated team, and I have no doubt that our continued development in the Slovak market will be successful even after his departure,” stated Marek Dospiva, co-founder of Penta and responsible for the real estate development segment.

I take great pride in the fact that, together with my colleagues, we have successfully developed Penta Real Estate into one of the market leaders, supported by a highly skilled team and a strong portfolio of projects. I am deeply grateful to Penta Partners for granting me this exceptional opportunity. My decision to depart is a personal one and is in no way connected to the activities or direction of Penta,” stated Juraj Nevolník.

I am grateful for the trust by Penta’s management. It has been a privilege to work alongside Juraj Nevolník for 13 years. I regret his departure all the more because, apart from a mentor, I found in him a close friend. Under his leadership and exceptional management skills in Slovakia, we have successfully established a strong brand and developed top-tier projects that stand out even in international competition. We have thousands more apartments and office spaces in the pipeline within new projects in Bratislava. Therefore, I look forward to this new chapter and am confident that, together with Penta Real Estate on the Slovak market, we will continue to advance and elevate the level and quality of real estate development,” stated Michal Rehák.

Michal Rehák (36)  joined Penta after his university graduation in 2011. He started working as a member of the Penta Real Estate division, primarily specialising in commercial real estate projects. Since 2018 he has broadened his horizons after entering the field of residential real estate. Since then he has continued to expand the Bory district development and is responsible for shaping the entire residential portfolio of Penta Real Estate in Slovakia.
