Penta Real Estate and the XPlace platform, owned by the Archbishopric of Prague, continue their cooperation in the development of modern rental housing. The new agreement includes the construction of two 62-unit apartment buildings in the Nová Waltrovka area of Prague 5, with completion scheduled for 2026-27.
The new apartment buildings will offer premium standard apartments with modern technologies and spacious exteriors. The project also includes facilities for a playgroup or private nursery, which is important for the growing number of young families in the area. Nová Waltrovka is characterized by high-quality architecture, a high proportion of green areas and good transport accessibility, which makes it an attractive place to live.
