Vajnorská
In Nové Mesto, Bratislava, at the corner of Vajnorská and Odborárska Streets, we are preparing a multifunctional project with a predominantly residential function. The project will cover an area of nearly 4.5 hectares in total.
Our aim is to build a fully-fledged, primarily residential zone with the potential to revitalize a previously neglected part of the city and create a healthy, high-quality place for living and working. The potential of the area lies in its excellent connectivity to public transport, including bus and tram stops and a nearby train station, as well as easy pedestrian access to Lake Kuchajda and comprehensive public amenities close by. The location also boasts captivating views stretching from Kamzík and the foothills of the Little Carpathians to the city center, adding to its overall attractiveness.
The project will introduce almost 1 200 apartments and more than 30 000 square meters of public amenities to the Bratislava market. Prospective residents will have the option to choose from a wide array of apartments and suites across five buildings, ranging from 1-room to 4-room, and several 5-room apartments with terraces. In total, the project aims to provide 2 072 parking spaces, with the majority located in an underground garage. This will create a spacious car-free zone between the buildings, ensuring a peaceful and safe environment for residents and visitors of the project.
