MOCCA Rezidence
Penta Real Estate's intention is to transform the currently unused part of the block of houses into an attractive place for living. In addition to the new apartments, the ground floor of the building will offer new retail spaces for shops and services that will enhance the neighbourhood. They will serve not only new, but also existing residents of Libeň and Vysočany. A significant part of the currently paved and unused courtyard will be transformed into a quiet green courtyard, which will improve both the microclimate and the aesthetics of the place for all residents of the southern part of the block.
A.D.N.S. architects, whose design was selected, are working on the revitalisation project. The final design of the project was chosen out of 139 competing studios by an independent jury of experts in an international architectural competition. The volume of construction and the form of the proposed buildings will be based on the existing layout of the area and the conditions defined in the Prague city's district plan.
Mocca Residence will offer apartments with layouts ranging from 1 bedroom up to big penthouses in a high standard & premium design.
